About

Alison MacNeil, LICSW

I am an experienced clinician with a strong background in individual, group and family psychotherapy. I have extensive clinical experience working with trauma, self-injury, suicidality and psychosis. I have worked with severe and debilitating depression, client's navigating complex psychiatric medication regimes and hospitalization. I am fluent in CBT for panic and anxiety disorders and familiar with the intricacies of the recovery from narcissistic abuse. My passion in therapy is in helping my clients address and let go of toxic shame so they can move forward lighter and more freely able to pursue their dreams. I also have a special interest in victims of bullying and would hope you would consider me an ally if that is impacting your life.
